Free, no signup — why Offrly stays anonymous
Most free property tools are free in exchange for your email address. Offrly is free. Genuinely. No account, no email gate, no \"a member of our team will be in touch\". Queries run in memory and are discarded when the job finishes — there's nothing to share, sell or hand to a partner agent. That's the policy, not a marketing line.
- Free. No signup, no email, no credit card.
- Most queries run in memory and are discarded when the job finishes.
- Sale-valuation history is logged for the public accuracy report — see /privacy.
- We don't sell, share or monetise user data.
- No agent referrals, no email firehose, no \"someone will be in touch\".
What "free" usually means online
Most free UK property tools are free in exchange for your email address. The flow is familiar: enter your postcode, click "see my valuation", get redirected to a form, hand over name, email and phone, get an automated email saying "a local agent will be in touch with your free valuation". Within a week you're getting agent calls, marketing emails, and your details are likely shared with the local-agent network.
Offrly does none of that.
What "free" means on Offrly
- No account. No signup form, no password reset, no profile.
- No email. No "enter your email to see your result". No newsletter. No follow-up sequence.
- No phone number. Nothing to share with a local agent.
- No credit card. Not at the start, not at the end. There is no upsell.
- No agent referrals. Offrly does not have a partnership, commission or affiliate relationship with any UK estate agent.
- No "a member of our team will be in touch". Nobody will be in touch. The result is the result.
What Offrly does store, honestly
- Sale valuations are logged with: postcode, predicted price, property type, tenure, beds/baths, garden and condition labels, timestamp. If you supplied a public listing URL we also store that URL and the address it points to. This log feeds the public accuracy report — months later, when one of those properties shows up in HM Land Registry's sold-price drop, an admin can pair the prediction to the eventual sold price.
- Search and rental-valuation jobs run in memory only. They are discarded when the job finishes.
- Standard web-server logs (IP, user-agent, path, timestamp) for ~30 days for security and capacity.
That's it. Full disclosure at /privacy.
Why this matters
Property is one of the few areas where free-as-in-email is universal. The economics make sense for the agent: a lead is worth real money. The economics for the user are worse: every "free valuation" turns into a chain of phone calls, and the figure you got was tuned to bring you in for a viewing, not to be your honest read on the market.
A free, anonymous tool with a published accuracy report is a different thing. Offrly is built that way deliberately.

What's the catch?
There isn't one. Offrly is funded as a public utility. There is no upsell, no premium tier, no agent referral commission. The service stays free because the running cost is genuinely small per query and the team is small.
How does Offrly make money?
Offrly does not currently generate revenue from end users. The team's stance is that an honest, fast, free property analyst is more valuable as a category-defining tool than as a paywalled product. If that changes the policy will be disclosed at /privacy and on this page.
Is anything stored?
Search and rental-valuation queries run in memory only and are discarded when the job finishes (or within 30 minutes if you leave without finishing). Sale valuations are logged with a postcode, predicted price, property attributes and timestamp — these feed the public [/accuracy-report](/accuracy-report). Full disclosure on [/privacy](/privacy).

Do I have to give my email to value my house?
No. Postcode plus property details is all the model needs. There is no email box, no \"to see your result, enter your email\" gate, no follow-up sequence. If you want to talk to us — feedback, bug reports, press — there's a [contact form](/contact).
