Traditional UK property sites are filter boxes and an infinite scroll — you set beds, baths, price, and hundreds of listings appear. Offrly flips the model: you write a few sentences in plain English, and the AI parses the brief, pulls live UK listings, reads each one including the photos, and grades each listing 0–100 for how well it fits what you said you wanted.

How the grading works

Every listing in the shortlist gets three things:

• A score from 0 to 100. The AI's read on how well the home fits your brief.
• Reasoning tags. Short readable reasons such as south-facing garden, walk to station, or recently renovated.
• Clear wins and trade-offs. Where a listing gets high marks and where it falls short.

The scoring happens against your brief, not a generic heuristic. A 95-rated listing for you might be a 40 for someone with different priorities.
