Use of the service
You may use Offrly free of charge for personal, non-commercial purposes. Valuing a property you own or are considering, searching for a home for yourself, or general education about UK property.
For commercial, bulk or automated use, including redistribution of Offrly's valuation figures, please get in touch via the contact form first.
Valuation disclaimer
Offrly's house price estimates are automated indicative market figures. They are:
- Not a regulated RICS valuation.
- Not acceptable for mortgage, insurance or legal purposes.
- Not a guarantee of any future sale price.
Use Offrly to inform your thinking. Commission a RICS-qualified surveyor for any regulated purpose.
Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep Offrly accurate and online, but:
- We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We make no warranty that valuations or listings are correct.
- We may change or remove features at any time.
Acceptable use
