What Offrly is
Offrly is a free AI-powered UK property tool with two features:
- AI property search. Describe your ideal home in plain English and Offrly grades every live UK listing 0 to 100 for fit.
- Free property valuation. Enter property details and Offrly returns an instant photo-aware ML estimate.
Both are free to use today, with no mandatory signup, email or ads required.
Why we built it
Good property tools should be available to anyone who wants one. We set out to build something any UK household can use, any time, without a signup or a credit card.
What we believe
- Estimates are estimates. Online valuations are a starting point, not a substitute for a RICS survey.
- Show your working. Every valuation comes with an R² fit score, a public accuracy report, and the comparables that built it.
- UK only. Offrly is designed for the UK market and focuses on doing that one thing well.
Funding
Offrly is currently a non-profit project. There is no revenue source today, no paid tier, no agent referral commission. We're not promising a permanent free tier — if a sustainability path is added later (sponsorship, an opt-in partner referral, a B2B API), we'll disclose it here and at /privacy. We won't retroactively paywall features users already have.
Who built it
Offrly is an independent UK property-technology project. For product questions, bugs or partnerships use the contact form.
What Offrly does not do
- Offrly does not store your queries or give your data to third parties.
- Offrly does not produce regulated valuations. Use a RICS surveyor for that.
- Offrly does not cover commercial property.
- Offrly does not work outside the UK.
