- Free house valuation. Enter property details and Offrly returns an instant photo-aware ML estimate.
Both are free. No signup. No email. No ads.
Why we built it
Good property tools should be available to anyone who wants one. We set out to build something that any UK household can use, any time, without a signup or a credit card.
What we believe
- Good tools should not require an account. Email-gating is lazy friction.
- Tracking is hostile. We do not run ad networks, we do not sell data, we do not remarket to you.
- Estimates are estimates. Online valuations are a starting point, not a substitute for a RICS survey.
- UK only. Offrly is designed for the UK market and focuses on doing that one thing well.
Who built it
Offrly is an independent UK property-technology project. For product questions, bugs or partnerships use the contact form.
What Offrly does not do
- Offrly does not store your queries or give your data to third parties.
- Offrly does not produce regulated valuations. Use a RICS surveyor for that.
- Offrly does not cover commercial property.
- Offrly does not work outside the UK.
