How the grading works

Every rental in the shortlist gets three things:

• A score from 0 to 100. The AI's read on how well the home fits your brief.
• Reasoning tags. Short readable reasons such as balcony, walk to station, furnished, bills included.
• Clear wins and trade-offs. Where a listing gets high marks and where it falls short.

The scoring happens against your brief, not a generic heuristic. A 95-rated rental for you might be a 40 for someone with different priorities.
