How does the AI grade each property?
The AI reads each live listing in full — photographs included — and scores it 0–100 for fit against your specific brief, with the reasons behind every score. The grade reflects how well a home matches what you asked for, not how expensive it is. If too few strong matches turn up, the search keeps going and the chat asks how to refine.
Which listings does it search?
Live UK property listings on the channel you pick — for sale or to rent — read at the moment you search, not from a stale index. On estate-agent partner sites the same search reads only that agent's own live listings.
Can I use it to find a rental?
Yes. Switch the channel to renting (or open /search?channel=rent) and describe the tenancy you want; every candidate rental is graded 0–100 the same way.
What should I put in my brief?
