- Median sold price (hero). The middle value of every TW2 sale recorded in HMLR Price Paid Data over the last 12 months. Median (rather than mean) is used because it isn't skewed by individual high-value sales.

(medianlast 12mo − medianprior 12mo) ÷ medianprior 12mo. Both medians come from HMLR Price Paid Data. - Recorded transactions. Count of HMLR records for TW2 in the last 12 months.
