Offrly pulls live UK listings — sales or rentals — reads each one including photos, and grades every listing 0 to 100 for how well it matches your brief. You iterate with feedback until the shortlist is right.

2. Sale or rental valuation. You enter a postcode, beds, baths, property type, tenure, garden and condition. Offrly produces a sale price or monthly-rent (pcm) estimate using a proprietary regression combined with AI photo analysis that judges garden quality and condition the way a human analyst would.
